NATCHEZ — The Trinity Lady Saints picked up their first softball win of the year in explosive fashion, as they overcame an early deficit to whip Tallulah 20-5 in just three innings Tuesday night.

Tallulah scored two runs in the top of the first inning and three more in the top of the second to take a 5-0 lead, but Trinity would make sure that lead didn’t last long.

The Lady Saints exploded for 10 runs in the bottom of the second inning to take a 10-5 lead.
