Jerry A. Foster of Monterey and Linda K. Foster of Vidalia are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Holly Michelle Foster of Nashville, Tenn., to Dr. Thomas R. Moyer, also of Nashville, son of Cheri Moyer of Lake Placid, Fla., and the late Thomas Moyer of Conneaut Lake, Pa.

The bride-to-be received her associate degree in nursing at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, La., and her master of science in nursing at the University of Alabama Birmingham. She is employed as a certified registered nurse anesthetist with Anesthesia Medical Group in Nashville.

She is the granddaughter of Paul L. Foster of Natchez and the late Marsha Foster and James E. and Louise Foster of Vidalia.

The groom-to-be received his bachelor of science in biology from Penn State University Behrend in Erie, Pa., and his medical degree from Temple University Medical School in Philadelphia. Dr. Moyer is an anesthesiologist with Anesthesia Medical Group of Nashville.

He is the grandson of the late Arthur and Anne Hoover of Conneaut Lake and Richard and Ruth Moyer of Harmonburg, Pa.

The wedding will be 3:30 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018, at Graystone Quarry in Franklin, Tenn.

A reception will immediately follow the ceremony.
