NATCHEZ — Services for Carson Johnson, 60, of Natchez, who died Monday, Oct. 15, 2017, in Vicksburg, will be 11 a.m. Friday at the George F. West Sr. Memorial Chapel at West Gate Funeral Home.
Burial will follow under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Johnson was born on Jan. 17, 1958, the son of Percy Johnson Sr. and Catherine Johnson.
He was a graduate of North Natchez High School.
Johnson was preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Cletus Mikell and Rosie L. Mikell; four brothers, Roosevelt Mikell Sr., J.B. Mikell, Archie Williams and Darren Williams; and one sister, Catherine Mosby.
Survivors include his mother; one son, Eldrick Dunbar of Atlanta; three brothers, Richard Lee Mikell and Larry Johnson of Las Vegas and Percy Johnson Sr.; three sisters, Gladys M. Diggs of Las Vegas and Joan M. Chatman and Bobbie J. Gordon; two aunts, Ella Mae Bruce and Jessie Bell Hargrave; three uncles, L.C. Mikell, Roosevelt Mikell and Henry Davis; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
