NATCHEZ — Services for Lucinda Myles “Honey” Terrell, 85, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2018, at her residence, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at New Hope Baptist Church: The Vision Center, with the Rev. Bishop Stanley Searcy Sr. officiating.
Burial will follow at Zion Watch Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home’s Natchez chapel and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Mrs. Terrell was born Nov. 14, 1932, in Natchez, the daughter of Caleb and Betty Myles.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Caroline Holmes Minor; three brothers, Theodore Myles, James Myles and Robert Myles; and three sisters, Ada Evans, Lubertha Hunter and Louise Dunmore.
Survivors include her husband, Judge “J.T.” Terrell; seven children, Audrey Williams and husband, Chris, Jeff Holmes Jr. and wife, Bobbie, Alice Holmes, Diane Bonds and husband, Manuel, Delphine Evans, Fate Boxley and husband, Charles, and Silvia Johnson and husband, David; four siblings, Betty Minor, William Myles, Izear Myles and Mary Lee Johnson; and a number of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
