FERRIDAY — Services for Doney Lisenby Streetman Gant, 86 of Vidalia, who died Saturday, Sept. 1, 2018, at Merit Health, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Natchez under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Doney was born on Thursday, Sept, 24, 1931, in Standard, the daughter of Thomas Dalton Streetman and Neva Slay Streetman.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her late husbands, General Gradon Lisenby, Ira Pete Gant and W.G. Brock; seven brothers, John Henry Streetman, Leo Virgil Streetman, L.D. Streetman, James Burt Jinks, Harold Jinks, George Streetman and Joseph Streetman; two sisters, Josie Burkett and Mary Spangler.

She is survived by one son, Eugene Lisenby and his wife, Rena Faye, of Raymond; two daughters, Joann Kornegay of Vidalia and Brenda Olsen and her husband, Randy, of Ferriday; seven grandsons, Gradon Lisenby, Dustin Lisenby and wife, Monica, Joseph Herring and wife, Libby, Casey Herring, DeShawn Olsen, David Olsen and wife, Suzanne, and Justin Olsen; four granddaughters, Bridgett Thompson and husband, Michael, Heather Kornegay, Jennifer Christensen and husband, Dave, and Heather Connell and husband, Korby.

She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Pallbearers will be Dustin Lisenby, DeShawn Olsen, Nathaniel Thompson, Gabriel Rushing, Randy Olsen, Sidney Johnson and Brayden Thompson.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Gradon Lisenby, Casey Herring, Joseph Herring, David Olsen, Justin Olsen, Bobby Streetman, Michael Thompson, Curtis Streetman, Arin Rushing, Willie Smith and Charles Chauvin.
