FERRIDAY — Services for Betty Marie Beverly, 75, of Ferriday, who died Sunday, Aug. 19, 2018, at Riverland Medical Center, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Ferriday with the Rev. John D. Pardue officiating.   
Burial will follow at Consurella Cemetery at Lake St. John under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Ms. Beverly was born July 2, 1943, in Ferriday, the daughter of Phillip Beverly and Willie Mae Hines.
She was a graduate of Sevier High School and Grambling State University.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one cousin, Doris Scott.
Survivors include one uncle, Henry Hines Sr. of Saginaw, Mich.; two cousins, Henry Hines Jr. and Toni Hines of Beaumont, Texas; a devoted caregiver and cousin-in-law, Ernest Scott; one godson, Teddy Boyd of Monroe, La.; and a number of other relatives and friends.
