FERRIDAY — Memorial services for Glaston James “Lil Mac” McIntosh Jr., 67, of Clayton, who died Thursday, Aug. 9, 2018, at Promise Hospital in Vidalia, will be 2 p.m. today at Young’s Funeral Home’s Ferriday Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Sharp Jr. officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.
Lil Mac was born May 21, 1951, in Ferriday, the son of Glaston James McIntosh Sr. and Bobbye Turner McIntosh.
He was the owner and operator of McIntosh Farms and former co-owner of Clayton Gin Company and Masco Wireline Service. He was also a Baptist.
McIntosh was a 1969 graduate of Ferriday High School and attended Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, La.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Womack McIntosh; three sons, Glaston James “Toby” McIntosh III and wife, Julie, of Monterey, Barton McIntosh and wife, Ashley, and Patrick McIntosh, all of Clayton; one sister, Nola Adams and husband, Tim, of Lake St. John; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
