Cheryl Baumann Patin

RIDGELAND — Cheryl Baumann Patin, 66, of Jackson, died Saturday, June 30, 2018, at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland.
Arrangements are under the direction of Sebrell Funeral Home in Ridgeland.
After retirement from South Central Bell, she was employed for a number of years by the Fairfield Inn in Jackson as a breakfast hostess. While there, she acquired a number of lifelong friendships with not only her co-workers, but guests as well. Her positivity and kindness were infectious, as she lived and love life with all of her heart.
Mrs. Patin was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Naomi Baumann of Madison.
Survivors include one brother, Terry Baumann of Madison; three sisters, Lori Baumann Bodkin and husband, James, of Ridgeland, Lynn Baumann of Brookhaven and Deborah Sutherland Carney and husband, Tom, of Vidalia.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society, as there will be a celebration of her life at a later date.
