Earline Griffing Partridge

February 13, 1932 — June 17, 2018

VIDALIA — Services for Earline Griffing Partridge, 86, of Vidalia, who died Sunday June 17, 2018, at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 19, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Rev. Joe Xavier officiating.

Burial will follow at Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Partridge was born Feb. 13, 1932, in Hazelhurst. She is the daughter of Andrew Morris Griffing and Gay Jackson Griffing and worked as a homemaker.

She is preceded in death by her husband, William H. Partridge, and a son, John Berkley Partridge.

Survivors include three children: Toni Hogue of Memphis, Andrew T. Partridge and wife, Deanie, of Woodville, and Joe Partridge of Vidalia; three grandchildren: Maggie Hogue of Memphis, G.W. Partridge of Woodville and Heather Austin of Natchez; four great-grandchildren; one sister: Martha King of Minden; one sister-in-law: Willie Mae Guillory of Vidalia; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Poole, G.W. Partridge, Whest Shirley, William Austin, Duffy Guillory and Mickey Hogue.

Honorary pallbearer will be Cole Partridge.
