CLAYTON — Services for Will V.E. Clark, 76, of Ferriday, who died Tuesday, May 15, 2018, at his family’s home in Waterproof, Loamland, La., will be 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Mark Baptist Church in Clayton with the Rev. T.A. Baker Jr. officiating.

Burial will follow at Zion Church Cemetery in Foules, La., under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Clark was born Feb. 26, 1942, in Waterproof, the son of William Clark and Cozy Crockett.

He was a retired foreman for the Metro North Railroad.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Lequetta Jarvis Clark of Clayton; three sons, Wendell Clark, Kenneth Clark and Garrett Clark; three daughters, Samantha Clark, Rhonda Hunter and Irish Hunter; one brother, Ivory Clark and wife, Carolyn; six sisters, Iola Lee, Mary White and husband, Tommy White Sr., Carolyn Bosley, Daisy Crockett, Augusta Turner and Emma Collins; one aunt, Myrtle Clark; four brothers-in-law, Kenneth Jarvis, Napolean Jarvis, Willie Brown and Tarvis McMorris; two sisters-in-law, Tashia Grover and Tyana Yarborough; and a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
