Jecori Lamont Brown, 26, charged with burglary of an inhabited dwelling. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Frederick Jermaine Hauer, 28, charged with felon carrying a concealed weapon. Case bound over to a grand jury in absence.
Lakisha Holmes, 29, pleaded guilty to reduced misdemeanor charge of malicious mischief at written request of victim. Sentenced to 30 days with 20 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for 10 days served. Fine set at $750. Restitution of $2,500 had to be paid by noon on Feb. 27.
Jonathan Lee Ivory, 23, charged possession of a stolen firearm. Failed to appear. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Patrick Dewayne Moore, 31, pleaded guilty to reduced misdemeanor charge of simple assault – domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 27 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for three days served. Ordered to online anger management classes and must be completed by April 4, 2018. Fine set at $695.
Sandra K. Latham, 50, charged with burglary of a dwelling, whether armed or not, whether occupied or not. Failed to appear. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Carl Jenkins, 20, found guilty of simple assault – domestic violence. Sentenced to 90 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $675.
Kidra Danielle Chatman, 30, charged with disorderly conduct – failure to comply. Case dismissed on motion of public defender Eileen Maher, complainant failed to appear on a daily served subpoena.

Victim failed to appear, was not served subpoena but verbal contact and failed to appear. Victim hospitalized for unrelated issues and mother assured prosecutor she would be present.
William Lyles, 29, found guilty of disorderly conduct – disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 60 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Village Green Apartments and Office Depot. Fine set at $650.
