Mr. and Mrs. Todd Sepulveda announce the engagement of their daughter, Kaitlin Ashley to Robert Warren Gandy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Howard Gandy Jr.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Mandeville High School in Mandeville, La., and a graduate of Louisiana State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. She was also a member of Delta Gamma sorority.

She is the granddaughter Mr. and Mrs. Allan McGehee and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Sepulveda. She is also the great-granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Edward McGehee and Mrs. Mildred Birch and the late Mr. Clovis Birch.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of University Laboratory School in Baton Rouge and also a graduate of Louisiana State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a master’s degree of accountancy. He was a member of Theta Xi fraternity. He is currently employed by Protiviti Inc., in Houston as a business process consultant.

He is the grandson of Mrs. Barbara Netterville Weatherford of Newellton, La., Mr. and Mrs. John Clifford Ensminger of Monroe, La., the Rev. Joan Warren Gandy and the late Dr. Thomas Howard Gandy of Natchez, and the late Mrs. Sue Buford Gandy.

An engagement party was Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018, at the home of Brett and Renee Furr and co-hosted by Keith and Mary Beth Armstrong, Patti Beste, David Beste, George and Mary Virginia Bevan, Bill and Dana Brown, John and Jamie Carruth, Corky and Molly Hadden, Rickey and Debbie Heroman, Blake and Stephanie Hodges, Tommy and Danelle Hudson, David and Jeanne James, Allen and Lynna Jones, Anne Leibowitz, Carla Maxwell, John and Jennifer McGehee, Eddie and Michelle Morgan, Doug and Susan Nelson, Jeannine Piazza, Charlotte Ray, Gregg and Lori Terral, Renee Town and McGehee and Heather Woolf.

The wedding will be Saturday, Aug. 18, 2018, at First Presbyterian Church in Baton Rouge.
