FERRIDAY — Services for Gladys Eubanks England, 91, of Ferriday, who died at her residence following a long illness, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at New Morning Star Baptist Church with the Rev. James Beverly officiating.   

Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday at the Natchez National Cemetery beside her husband, Willie England, under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 today at the funeral home.

Mrs. England was born in Rayville, La., the daughter of Troy and Katherine Randolph Eubanks.

She was a retired nurse’s assistant.

She was preceded in death by her husband; one son, Nathan England; and one daughter, Doris Graham.

Survivors include one son, Leondria England and wife, Tammy, of Monroe, La.; one daughter, Francine Vaughn and husband, Wendell, of Flushing, Mich.; a devoted and special granddaughter, Jasmine Emery and husband, Walter; two special cousins, Charles Johnson and wife, Diane, all of Ferriday, and Lee Kelly Franklin and wife, Alice, of Midland, Ga.; 15 grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren.
