NATCHEZ — A Natchez man arrested Sunday after allegedly firing a gun during police pursuit is officially being held on three felony charges without bond.
Paul R. Wade, 54, 221 Linton Ave., was arrested after allegedly firing a revolver at an acquaintance and later firing his gun as officers chased the man through a wooded area near Hope Farm.
Wade was charged with aggravated assault, aggravated assault upon a law enforcement officer, escape of prisoner and fleeing or eluding law enforcement.
