James E. Magee, 47, 100 National Guard Road, on warrant for Mississippi Department of Corrections. No bond set.

John A. Evans, 19, 3219 Dun Barton Road, Ferriday, sentenced to six months in jail or a $500 fine for simple battery.
Stephen D. Welch, 34, 8 West Circle Drive, sentenced to 15 days in jail or suspension and 12 days in jail for stalking, telephone harassment and simple assault.
Gregory L Wiggington, 48, 253 Mogoun Road, Monterey, arrested on a judicial probation hold. No bond set.
James F. Lambert, 56, 492 White Road, Natchez, sentenced to 15 days in jail or a fine of $640 for possession of marijuana.
Ladarian V. Gill, 28, 862 Main St., Waterproof, sentenced to six months in jail or a $1,197 fine for DWI first offense.
Edward C. Jefferson, 38, 201 Ferriday Drive, Ridgecrest, sentenced to six months in jail or a $1,197 fine for DWI first offense.
Aralius D. Moffett, 20, 707 Demby St., sentenced to four years in department of corrections suspension and three years of DOC probation and six months in jail or $1,6342.50 for possession of marijuana and possession of methanphetamines.
Raymond E. Knight, 33, 1116 Main St., Natchez, sentenced to two years of department of corrections suspension, two years in department of corrections probation and $1,642.50 for attempted cruelty to the infirmed.
Jamel D. Green, 37, 127 Warren St., Ferriday, on bond increase for dogfighting. Bond set at $15,000.
