ROXIE — Services for Kim M. Dunson, 61, who died Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017, at Merit Health Natchez, will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Cranfield Baptist Church with the Rev. Curt Wilson officiating.
Burial will follow at the Jersey Settlers Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church.
Mrs. Dunson was born Sept. 30, 1956, in Marksville, La., the daughter of Gene Foster and Lolita “Lou” Laborde Lewis.
She loved spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. Dunson enjoyed going to the casino and loved garage sales.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, David Lynn Dunson; one daughter, Christina “Chrissy” Dunson; one sister, Pamela Wood; and father and mother-in-law, Dave Dunson and Roberta Dunson.
Survivors include her husband, Lynn Dunson; one daughter, Samantha Day and husband, Timmy Day; one sister, Peggy Stevens and husband Bo; one brother, Dale “Bud” Bishop; three granddaughters, Shyanne “El” Day, Kristen L. Dunson and Katie Dunson; three grandsons, Kaleb June, Zack Day and Andrew Dunson; four sisters-in-law, Elsie Hall, Patty Grzymala, DeDe Johnston and Deborah Dunson; two brothers-in-law, Paul Dunson and Salty Dog; and a number of nieces, nephews and friends.
She is also survived by her furry babes, MayMay and Cajun.
Pallbearers will be Zack Day, Kyle Wood, Richard Schulze, Little Fred Taylor, Jeremy Taylor and Cory Wallace.
Honorary pallbearer will be Paul Tullos.
Donations may be made to United Mississippi Bank to the account of Samantha and Timmy Day or to Laird Funeral Home to help pay for funeral expenses.
