NATCHEZ — Services for Betty Jean Willingham, 68, of Ferriday, who died Sunday, Nov. 19, 2017, at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, La., will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Word of Faith Ambassadors Worship Center, in Natchez, with the Rev. Robert Cade officiating.
Burial will follow at Clayton Garden of Rest under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Ms. Willingham was born Oct. 31, 1949, in Natchez, the daughter of Archie Davis and Juanita Smith.
She was a retired legal secretary.
Ms. Willingham was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Shirley Evans.
Survivors include two daughters, Vernessa Cage and husband, Renard, of Ferriday, and Erica Rutland of Oklahoma City, Okla.; one stepson, Dewayne Willingham of California; one brother, James A. “Dank” Smith of Ferriday; two stepsisters, Rukiya Gathungu and husband, Nganga, of Detroit, and Katherine Robinson and husband, Clay, of Florida; three grandchildren, Renard Cage Jr. and wife, Keri, of Arlington, Texas, Brelin Cage and Tanner Cage and fiancée, Kim Anderson all of Ferriday; and three great-grandchildren, Jeremy Lewis, Triniti Cage and Zoie Cage, all of Ferriday.
