Micheal Jackson, 57, charged with DUI — Operation of motor vehicle while intoxicated. Case dismissed — officer no longer employed.

Bennie Charles Williams, 63, pleaded guilty to petit larceny. Fine set at $256.75.

Tyrone Washington charged with simple assault — domestic violence. Case dismissed — victim did not appear on subpoena.

Christopher John Hoggatt, 56, charged with indecent exposure/abusive language; disturbance of family. Case dismissed — victim served and not present.

Nonita Tolbert, 42, found guilty of malicious mischief. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for two days served. Banned from Belk. Fine set at $500. Restitution set at $228 to be paid to Belk.
