NATCHEZ — Services for Meagan Gunter Smith, 32, of Natchez, who died Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017, in Natchez, will be 11 a.m. today at Community Chapel Church of God in Natchez with the Rev. Bo Swilley officiating.

Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time today at the church.

Ms. Smith was born April 15, 1985, in Natchez, the daughter of Barry Gunter and Krista Stockstill.

She was daddy’s little girl.

She was preceded in death by her mother; paternal grandparents, Norman and Tina Gunter; and maternal grandfather, Jimmy Richmond.

Survivors include her father and wife, Angie, of Natchez; two sons, Jacob Miller of Natchez and Gunter Smith of Vidalia; two daughters, Victoria Smith of Brookhaven and Breanna Cangelosi of Columbia, La.; two brothers, Barret Gunter and wife, Tara, of Dayton, Ohio, and Thomas Miller and wife, Sara, of Covington, La.; three sisters, Andrea Smith of Vidalia, Amber Peek of Natchez, and Brook Smith of Baton Rouge; maternal grandmother, Janette Jones and husband, Harvey; special aunt, Tammy Wilson of Natchez; and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Buzz Gunter, Randy Adams, Doonie White, Mickey Jenkins, Mike Yakey and Ken Beasley.

Honorary pallbearers will be employees of Performance Dodge.
