Michael Raymond Stricklin, Sr.

NATCHEZ — Services for Michael Raymond Stricklin, Sr., 66, of Natchez, will be 11 a.m. Monday at Marshall Funeral Home Chapel Natchez with the Rev. Mike Stancil officiating.
Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Monday at Marshall Funeral Home Chapel Natchez.
Mr. Stricklin was born on June 4, 1951 in Alexandria, La., the son of Raymond Joseph Stricklin and Ada Maxine Walding Stricklin.
He was a member of Sycamore Baptist Church; a retired U.S. Navy veteran; receiver of the national defense award service medal; a retired employee of the Rowan Company where he was a crane operator for 25 years or more.
Mr. Stricklin was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Joey Stricklin; one grandson, Dru Christopher Stricklin and brother, Duane Stricklin.
Survivors include one daughter, Amanda Wingfield and husband, Ryan; two sons, Michael Stricklin and wife, Bethany, and Christopher Stricklin and wife, Tracie; six grandchildren, Michael Aaron Stricklin, Avery Stricklin, Braden Randall Stricklin, Gracie Stricklin, John Zachary Wingfield and Lucas Wingfield; one sister, Molly Cornwell and husband Larry; two brothers, Frank Stricklin and wife, Patricia, and Anderson Stricklin; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Ryan Wingfield, Michael Aaron Stricklin, Josh Stricklin, Braden Randall Stricklin, Ray Bruce Curlee Jr. and Hershal Jones.
Honorary pallbearers will be Ray Bruce Curlee Sr. and Daniel Wallace.
