Hazlehurst (4-2) at Franklin County (0-7, 0-1)

MEADVILLE — After a close loss to Wilkinson County last week, 15-13, Franklin County High School will look for its first win this season as it hosts Hazlehurst for a district matchup.

The Bulldogs lost to the Wildcats on a blocked field goal attempt late in the game. Keonte Bee rushed for one touchdown, and Deione Buckles returned an interception for another score in the loss.

Hazlehurst is coming off a bye week after defeating Forrest County on Sept. 22, 6-0.
