Former Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics Capt. Jeff Killion spoke Thursday about the opioid epidemic in Mississippi. Killion was at the Natchez Convention Center speaking at the Mississippi Association of Drug Court Professionals annual conference. The goals of the organization are to promote the expansion of drug court programs, provide educational opportunities to drug court practitioners and create partnerships and networking opportunities.
