NATCHEZ — Services for Burnett “Man” C. Tillman, 72, of Natchez, who died Friday, Aug. 4, 2017, at Merit Health Natchez, will be 1 p.m. today at Marshall Funeral Home Natchez Chapel with the Rev. Walter Sago officiating.    

Burial will follow at Sunset View Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from noon until service time today at the funeral home.

Mr. Tillman was born Dec. 20, 1944, in Fayette, the son of Sylvester and Roena Tillman.

He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers; and five sisters.

Survivors include one daughter, Veronica Fells; two grandchildren, Ashantileha Fells and Alivia Smith, all of Natchez; one brother, Eddie Tillman and wife, Betty, of Fayette; one sister, Sylvester Ruth Starks and husband, James, of Compton, Calif.; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends, Dorothy and Connie.
