BATESVILLE, Ark. — Services for Laura Parks, 78, of Batesville, Ark., who died Thursday, Aug. 17, 2017, in Springdale, Ark., will be 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Pauls Parish Church in Batesville.

Mrs. Parks was born Oct. 9, 1938, in Murphy, N.C., the daughter of Joseph W. and Lucy Warder Bailey.

Survivors include two sons, Stanley Joseph Parks of Springdale and John Parks of Natchez; two grandsons, Bailey Parks and John Parks Jr.; and two granddaughters, Kyler Parks and Emily Parks.
