GLOSTER —Mamie L. Bonnette, 61, died Saturday, June 10, 2017, at her residence near Crosby.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date under the direction of Brown Funeral Home in Gloster.

Mrs. Bonnette was born Jan. 29, 1956, in Bastrop, La., the daughter of Jasper “Jabo” Sowyers and Dollie Lee “Runtsy” Crenshaw Sowyers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Willie Jo Boyer and Melissa “Missy” McGehee; and two brothers, Arthur Will Sowyers and James Sowyers.

Survivors include her husband, Todd Bonnette; two sons, A.J. Foy Jr. and Jasper Foy; one daughter, Pamela Foy Tupper; two sisters, Bertha Bays and husband, Billy, and Shelia S. Eppinette; two brothers, Henry Sowyers and wife, Dianne, and Raymond Sowyers; grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
