Mr. and Mrs. Roy L. Bonds and Mr. Elmer L. Johnson announce the engagement of their daughter, Sheena Rochelle Johnson to Christopher Deshaun Harris, son of Mr. and Mrs. Freddie Harris.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Natchez High School and attended Alcorn State University.

She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Levi Dee, the late Mr. Richard Johnson Sr. and the late Mrs. Aldenia Birdie Johnson, all of Natchez.

The groom-to-be is also a graduate of Natchez High School, Tougaloo College in Tougaloo, and the University of Alabama, Huntsville, Ala. He is employed by IMS Engineers in Jackson. He is also a licensed investment advisor representative with Primerica Financial Services.

He is the grandson of the late Mr. Walter Harris Sr. and the late Mrs. Alma Harris of Natchez and the late Mr. Lee Arthur Davis and the late Mrs. Bernice Davis of Fayette.

The wedding will be at 4 p.m., Saturday, June 17, 2017, at Pilgrim Baptist Church in Natchez.

A reception will immediately follow the ceremony at the Natchez Convention Center.
