NATCHEZ — Adams County Sheriff’s Office deputies are looking for multiple suspects after a man was allegedly robbed at gunpoint Tuesday night.
Maj. Jerry Brown said the victim was playing dice with a friend and some other people he declined to identify at a residence on Country Club Drive. At approximately 9:30 p.m., Brown said four to five males allegedly wearing ski masks walked up behind the victim and pointed guns.
Brown said the suspects reportedly took a .40-caliber Smith and Wesson pistol and $140 in cash. The suspects allegedly fled in a Chrysler 300, possibly gray in color.
The victim went to a store on Aldrich Street to call in the crime, Brown said. Brown said the victim claimed he panicked and wanted to get out of the area.
