The “Icons of Statehood” exhibit went on display Friday at Historic Jefferson College and continues today. The event celebrates Mississippi 200 years of statehood. The exhibit is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today with special events and birthday cake planned at 1 p.m.
