Amber Ann Davis, 30, charged with shoplifting — over $500 (felony). Failed to appear at preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury in absence.
Forrest Taylor Foster, 30, charged with aggravated assault — external indifference. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $50,000.

Tina Renee Ross, 46, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor embezzlement. Sentenced to 90 days with 89 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit for one day served. Must obey all laws and court orders. Ordered to online theft class. Fine set at $950. Restitution set at $1,738 to be paid to Bingo Payday Loans. Bond reduced from $7,500 to $2,000.
