WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — Services for Clarence Ford Jr., 69, who died Wednesday, April 5, 2017, will be 10:30 a.m. today at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Warner Robins, Ga.
Burial will follow at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, Ga., under the direction of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home.
Mr. Ford was born Dec. 27, 1947, in Natchez, the son of Clarence Ford Sr. and Margauriete Ford.
He retired after 20 years of service in the U.S. Army. He later worked for the Houston County Sheriff’s Department and retired after a number of years.
Clarence was a member of Ruff Riders Bowling League and the American Legion. He was a loving father, grandfather and brother who will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include one daughter, Vickie Harper and husband, Steven; one grandson, Nicholas Harper, all of Warner Robins; and one brother, Clifford Ford of Natchez.
