NATCHEZ — Services for Joe Brumfield, 76, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at Merit Health Natchez, will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kevin Campbell officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Brumfield was born Sept. 14, 1940, in Crossett, Ark.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Lessie Baker; two grandchildren, Tyler Brumfield and Kyle Hutchins; and one sister.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Brumfield; four children, Joe Brumfield and wife, Robyn, of Starkville, Boo Brumfield and wife, Kristina, of Roxie, Spanky Brumfield and wife, Stephanie, of Vidalia, and Skeeter Hutchins and husband, Chris, of Lake St. John; nine grandchildren, Luke Brumfield, Lesley Brumfield, Sarah Brumfield, Kelley Joe Brumfield, Jake Brumfield, Melanie Brumfield, Kailey Hutchins, Geri Brumfield and Mikey Brumfield.
Pallbearers will be Luke Brumfield, Jake Brumfield, Rickey Nelson, Russ Simonton, George Hude and Gill Morris.
Honorary pallbearer will be Mikey Brumfield.
