FERRIDAY — Services for Clyde Rickey Wright, 62, of Vidalia, who died Sunday, March 5, 2017, in Vidalia, will be 1 p.m. Friday at Young’s Funeral Home Chapel in Ferriday with the Rev. Cary Collier and the Rev. Johnny Hardy officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Wright was born March 3, 1955, in Monroe, La., the son of Clyde Wright and Elizabeth Wright.
He was a truck driver for a number of years and loved his Harley Davidson. He rode motorcycles all his life and was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
Mr. Wright was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Patricia Wright; and one brother, DeWayne Wright.
Survivors include his ex-wife, Debbie Emfinger Wright of Ferriday; two sons, Anthony and Bradly Wright; one daughter, Kellie Wright; two brothers, Jerry Wright and wife, Terri, of Brandon, and Kevin Wright and companion, Rebecca Quick of Lumberton; two sisters, Vickie Wright Cummings and husband, Billy, of Cranfield, and Rhonda Wright Richardson and companion, Michael Butler, of Deberry, Texas; 13 grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and aunts.
Pallbearers will be Doyle Holmes, Charles Ables, Kyle Parker, Randy Collier, Dwayne Quick, Timmy Quick, Johnathan Lee and Jeremy Tarver.
Honorary pallbearers will be Brandon Atkins, Chris Wright, Josh Wright and Billy Cummings.
