Wednesday, Feb. 1:

Quientin Floyd, 31, charged with simple assault — domestic violence. Case remanded to files; victim moved — unable to serve subpoena.

Sheraton R. Woodfork, 33, charged with simple assault — domestic violence. Case dismissed — victim unable to be found and served.

Anita N. Flowers, 43, pleaded guilty to telephone harassment/threats. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $400.

Quincy T. Henderson, 19, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $375.

Jerry Johnson, 56, pleaded guilty to trespassing and to to shoplifting — second offense. Sentencing on June 21.

Joshua O. Murray, 33, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $475.

Tamara Nicole Seals, 19, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $475.

Chadrick D. Terrell, 23, pleaded guilty to simple assault. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $525.

Jasmine Mack pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Sentenced to 10 days with nine days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 24 hours in jail. Fine set at $475.

Tuesday, Feb. 7

Nicole Brewer, 33, charged with burglary. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $25,000.

Audrey Cotton, 23, charged with child abuse. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond reduced from $500,000 to $50,000.

Dentrell Johnson, 22, charged with burglary. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $25,000.

Bianca Krasnic, 22, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Defendant failed to appear in court. Considered it was a waiver. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $10,000. Posted cash bond of $2,500.

Fredrick V. Washington Jr., 25, charged with child abuse. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Fredrick V. Washington Jr., 25, charged with murder. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond reduced from $500,000 to $350,000. Washington Jr. also charged with two counts of aggravated assault – acting with extreme indifference. Waived preliminary hearing on each count. Case bound over to a grand jury on each count. Bond reduced from $50,000 to $25,000 on each count.

Michael Hawyood charged with aggravated assault — acting with extreme indifference. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond reduced to $75,000.

Barney Hawkins Jr. charged with carrying a concealed weapon. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $10,000.

Barney Hawkins Jr. charged with resisting arrest. Case remanded to files in consideration of waiver of felony.

Wednesday, Feb. 8

James H. Anderson Jr., 25, found guilty of disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $275.

Lashundra Denise Calvin, 30, charged with shoplifting —second offense. Defendant failed to appear.

Jeffrey Wayne Clark, 51, charged with nine counts of misdemeanor false pretense. Case dismissed at request of district attorney’s office on each county.

Joycelyn Yvette Hooker, 44, found not guilty of DUI first offense test refusal.

Thomas C. Rawlings II, 39, charged with disturbing the peace. Motion to dismiss made by defense attorney and motion was granted.

Kenny R. Robinson, 50, found not guilty of shoplifting — first offense.

Angela Blanton, 47, pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior to run consecutively. Total fine set at $613 on the first charge and $493 on the second charge.

Lloyd Darnell Brown, 50, charged with disturbing the peace by fighting. Case remanded to files in consideration of contempt. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve two days in jail. No fine assessed.

Jesse J. Carter, 68, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $450.

Teddy Foster, 42, charged with malicious mischief. After further investigation by prosecutor, this charge is dismissed. Has been through civil court on this charge.

Isaiah Demarius Smith, 18, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by fighting. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Ordered to 12 hours anger management. Fine set at $450.
