FAYETTE — Services for Bernice Lyles, 68, of Garden City, who died Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2017, at her residence, will be 11 a.m. today at St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church in Fayette with the Rev. Rickey V. O’Quinn officiating.
Burial will follow at Pernell Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time today at the church.
Ms. Lyles was born April 20, 1948, in Garden City, the daughter of Curtis and Beatrice Williams.
She was preceded in death by her father; one brother, Roger Williams; one daughter, Pamela Nettles; and one granddaughter, Miracle Grace Nettles.
Survivors include her one daughter, Princess Lane; her mother; and one brother, Roland Williams and wife, Phyllis.
