NATCHEZ — A Natchez 19-year-old man was arrested Wednesday for allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old girl.

Adams County Sheriff’s Office Maj. Jerry Brown said the arrest stems from a September incident where the Child Advocacy Center forensic interview results recently came in. Brown said the forensics from the state crime lab have not been returned.

Kadarious Devonte Rose, 19, 102 West Wilderness Road, was charged with statutory rape.

On Sept. 14, deputies were dispatched to West Wilderness Road seeking the 15-year-old girl, who had violated house arrest, Brown said, but the tracking device in her ankle bracelet traced to the address.

Brown said Rose was present the day deputies went to the address seeking the minor, who was transported to the Juvenile Detention Center.
