1 injured in shooting on Williams Street

Police respond to the scene of a shooting on Williams Street Wednesday night. One person was shot and suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

NATCHEZ — One person has apparently been injured in a shooting on Williams Street.
Natchez police were dispatched to Merit Health Natchez on a report of a gunshot wound victim shortly after 9 p.m. Wednesday. The victim’s injuries are reportedly not life-threatening.
No arrests have been made.
