Anthony Thompson, 34, charged with possession of a controlled substance. Prosecutor made motion to dismiss – officer still out on medical leave.
Glenda Mitchell, 47, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by fighting. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $425.
Devin R. Morrison, 18, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by fighting. Ordered to anger management class online. Fine set at $450 with $200 suspended. Must pay a fine of $250.
Lanisia T. Robinson, 26, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor embezzlement. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Stage/Goody’s. Must obey all laws and court orders. Fine set at $550. Restitution set at $544.15 to be paid to Goody’s.
Lee M. McClellan pleaded guilty to simple assault — domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Served one day in jail. Banned from South Circle premises. Must serve 12 hours of anger management class. Fine set at $650.
Anthony DeQuincy Lewis pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. Sentenced to 15 days with 14 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Served one day in jail. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $475.
Anthony DeQuincy Lewis pleaded guilty to DUI — first offense. Fine set at $800.
Anthony James Proby pleaded guilty to simple assault — domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Served one day in jail. Banned from the premises of 127 St. Catherine Street. Fine set at $650.
