NATCHEZ — Services for Mary Elizabeth “Cossie” Kyzar, 80, of Vidalia, who died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2016, at her residence, will be 2 p.m. today at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Russell Wagoner officiating.
Burial will follow at the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from noon until service time today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Kyzar was born Aug. 2, 1939, in Brookhaven, the daughter of Earn Smith and Mary Watts Smith.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Natchez.
Mrs. Kyzar loved dancing with her husband, Charlie. She will be greatly missed as a mother, grandmother and by as many people she touched throughout her life.
Survivors include one daughter, Kay Ellen Kyzar Harveston and husband, Bob, of Vidalia; two grandsons, Benjamin Wayne Huff Jr. and John Kyzar Huff, both of Vidalia; one sister-in-law, Ann Smith; and a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews.
Pallbearers will be Kyzar Huff, Trey Havard, Joshua Aldridge, Johnny Hoffpauir, Jarrett Hoffpauir and Joe Dallalio.
Honorary pallbearers will be Chester Hoover and Joe Tetlow.
