Thankful for their service: Veterans receive free turkeys

Adams County Veterans Affairs Director Sonjagela Johnson said more than 300 turkeys were being given away Monday at the Adams County Safe Room. Johnson said she wanted to make sure no veteran in the community went without a good meal on Thanksgiving.
