Joshua L. Beamer, 35, found guilty of vile, profane language on telephone. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $523.

Lamont Donald, 42, charged with simple assault. Motion to dismiss by defense granted; victim and witness did not appear.

Corey Sloane Latham, 24, pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $393.

Larry Penton, Age N/A, pleaded guilty to petit larceny. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from property. Fine set at $498.

Lashundra Calvin pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve one day in jail. Banned from store. Fine set at $798. Calvin also pleaded guilty to trespassing. Fine set at $393.

David Grimsley pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $576.

Jasmonique Watkins pleaded guilty to simple assault — domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for one day served. Fine set at $696.
