Participants pay $2 to hang decorates bras of all sizes, colors and themes along the fence on the bluff, and attendees pay $1 per vote to pick their favorites for contest winners.

Raffle tickets can be purchased for $5 for a chance to win various prize packages totaling $6,400, including a weekend at Cedar Grove in Vicksburg, one night and a meal at Waterview Casino, a squirrel hunt, $125 in Sport Center merchandise and other prizes.

The free event will feature food from The Camp restaurant, beer, live music and a bounce house for children.

Bras on the Bluff is sponsored by Team Tatas, a Relay for Life team, and captain Meg Freeman will mark five years as a breast cancer survivor on Dec. 5.

“All of this is just to bring awareness to breast cancer,” Freeman said. “We all know that breast cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer for women. I just wanted a way to give to the American Cancer Society and to Miss-Lou residents.”

Bras on the Bluff is scheduled for 11 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. on the bluff behind the Natchez Grand Hotel.
