Editor’s note: Because of an error in the Adams County Justice Court records system, Joe Swoveland was incorrectly listed as pleading guilty to simple assault— domestic violence and malicious mischief. Joe Swoveland was not arrested for the charges and did not appear in court. Instead, John Swoveland should have been listed as the defendant who pleaded guilty to the charges on Oct. 18. The following records reflect the correct information.
