Six different players for Wilkinson County Christian Academy found their way into the end zone as the Rams defeated Porter’s Chapel Academy 52-7 in an MAIS District 5-AA game Friday night.

Braden Passinger scored on a 2-yard run and returned the opening kickoff of the second half 70 yards for a touchdown. Steven Franks had a 26-yard TD run and Caleb Poole’s 33-yard TD run gave the Rams a 24-0 lead.

Richard Conn scored on a 13-yard pass from Poole early in the second quarter and Cole Boyd had a 6-yard scoring run to give WCCA a 40-0 halftime lead. D’mario Weathersby scored on a 2-yard run late in the third quarter.

WCCA (6-1, 1-0) hosts Amite School Center next Friday at 7 p.m.
