Vidalia travels to Jena High

Two games into the season, Vidalia High School appeared poised to perhaps end a 10-year playoff drought with decisive wins over Sicily Island and Delhi high schools.

A three-game losing streak since, however, has the Vikings scrambling to get back on the winning track.
Vidalia will attempt to reverse its recent fortune tonight when it travels to Jena High School for an LHSAA District 3-3A matchup.

The Giants (4-1, 2-0) enter the matchup fresh off a pair of eye opening district road wins in which the combined to beat Winnfield and Buckeye high schools 94-20.
