Thomas Eugene Harper, 45, 564 Shady Acres Road, Ferriday, on a charge of disturbing the peace. Released on a $350 bond.

Lane Spring Dunigan, 37, 305 Oakland Drive, Natchez, on a charge of bench warrant for failure to appear. Bond set at $450.
