U.S. Navy officers joined local residents and community leaders at the Natchez National Cemetery Sunday evening to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the Sept. 11 tragedy. Honor Guard Commander Rodney Violette and U.S. Navy officer Roger Jones fold the flag after it was lowered.
