Ninety-one-year-old Angela Walker looks out at her neighbors damaged property after Friday’s flood in Crosby. “ I hate this for the people here,” Walker said. “We will make it somehow, by the good Lord we will make it.” Walker is one of the oldest residents in the town. She has raised all of her children in Crosby and lives in the house her husband built for her before he died. “He built this house for me. I’m not leaving, this is my home,” she said.
