Orelia Rounds

NATCHEZ — A celebration of life service for Orelia Rounds, 94, who died Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2016, will be 11 a.m. Monday at Egypt Baptist Church at 361 Carmel Church Road.

Burial will follow in Egypt Baptist Church Cemetery in Sibley under the direction of Professional Funeral Services in New Orleans.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time at the church.

Mrs. Rounds was preceded in death by her husband, Bennie Rounds; her parents, George and Theresa White Butler Sr.; and seven siblings, George, Jr., Eugene, Odie Lee Sr., Marcus Butler, Theresa B. Richardson, Mary Lou Butler Washington and Annie Mae Butler Burroughs.

Survivors include one loving daughter, Jeanette Lewis; 1 grandson, John Henry Lewis Jr. and wife, Vyoone; one great grandson, Noah John Lewis; one stepbrother, Eddie Butler and wife, Barbara, and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
