NATCHEZ — Services for Semo “Bo Pete” Warren, 70, of Natchez, who died Friday, July 29, 2016, at Glenburney Nursing Home, will be 11 a.m. Saturday in the George F. West Sr. Memorial Chapel at West Gate Funeral Home with the Rev. Cleo Marsaw officiating.  08:05 SemoWarren obitpic

Burial will follow at Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Jefferson County under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday, both at the funeral home.

Mr. Warren was born June 22, 1946, in Natchez, the son of Arthur and Augusta Warren.

He was a self-employed truck driver.

Mr. Warren was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Frederick Warren; and three brothers, Claude Albert Stampley, Aaron Fulton and Mose Warren.

Survivors include three daughters, Nikki Stampley, Urshula Foster and Shadonna Foster; one son, Roderic Warren; one brother, Alvin Griffin Sr. and wife, Martha; one sister, Shirley Randall and husband, Clarence; one aunt, Mamie L. Mazique; two sisters-in-law, Robbie Fulton and Cheryl Warren; 11 grandchildren; a special friend, Clarence McQuarters; and a number of other relatives and friends.
