Jessie M. Tolbert, 40, charged with arson of a dwelling, etc. Defendant failed to appear. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Frederick Hunt Jr., 22, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $486. Hunt was also charged with two counts of armed robbery. Waived preliminary hearing on each count. Case bound over to a grand jury on each count. Bond set at $30,000 on each count. Hunt was also charged with aggravated assault. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $35,000.

Anthony Thompson, 33, charged with two counts of armed robbery. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held on each count. Bond set at $55,000 on each count. Thompson pleaded guilty to fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer in a motor vehicle. Fine set at $473. Thompson pleaded guilty to DUS – revoked or suspended. Fine set at $447. Thompson pleaded guilty to running a stop sign. Fine set at $152.Thompson pleaded guilty to expired tag. Fine set at $180.

Porcha Nahaye Johnson, 26, charged with armed robbery. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $45,000.

Emanuel C. Latham Jr., 16, charged with armed robbery. Case dismissed — no probable cause found after preliminary hearing held; victims never mentioned defendant’s name or a part he may have participated.Latham charged with aggravated assault — ext. indiffer. Ashleigh Fulton, 21, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.

Ryan Marvel, 36, pleaded guilty to willful trespassing. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.

Freddricka N. Scott, 19, charged with simple assault. Case dismissed — complainant failed to appear.

Yolanda Lashay Sumpter, 43 pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false pretense. Total fine set at $444.13.

Ben Caesor pleaded guilty to petit larceny. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $593. Restitution set at $641.99 to be paid to Natchez Pawn Shop.
